www. EasyComputing.co.nz offers a full guarantee on all its products and services in relation to quality and useability. We will replace any defective goods free of charge, including freight charges.

 

Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of products and then return products in original condition. Be sure to have proof of return freight charges, so these can be reimbursed.

 

We will also give a full refund or offer an alternative product, should it be found that a purchased product does not meet the reasonable expectations of the buyer, based on the content of this website and any advertising material.  This guarantee is for 30 days from receipt of goods. Goods are to be returned with return freight charges only payable by the buyer.

 

Delivery

 

Delivery times in New Zealand for all Video CD Computer Tutorials from www.EasyComputing.co.nz are from 1 to 5 days. Should a product be out of stock or an order temporarily delayed we will immediately notify the buyer and give a fair estimate of a new delivery time.
